When you place an order in our IMPS-ELFS online shop you pay for shipment costs per order. For orders within the Netherlands up to a purchase price of € 100,-, the shipping costs are € 4.95. Orders in the Netherlands exceeding € 100.- will be sent free of charge. In Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are always € 9,95, in EU you pay € 14,95 and outside EU it is mostly € 21,95. You will be able to check your shipment costs when you enter your address.
When you place an order at IMPS-ELFS.co.uk, you can decide to have the package delivered at your own address, but it is also possible to give an alternative address. However, your order cannot be delivered at a PO Box address.
When you place an order with us before 14.00h in the afternoon on weekdays, your order will be delivered the next day in the Netherlands and in Europe within 4 to 5 working days. When your package has to pass a custom check or will be delivered outside Europe, delivery normally will take about 8-14 working days. This does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We use the address stated by you. We send your package through PostNL, DHL International, La Poste or Deutsche Post.
Follow your package
After you placed an order at IMPS-ELFS.co.uk, you will receive an
e-mail including a Track & Trace number. With this number you can follow your package up to the front door through www.tracktrace.nl. When you are not at home to receive your order, the driver will leave a note behind with contact details. When the driver also fails a second time to deliver the package, you can mostly collect your package in the closest-by branch or the closest-by package shop.
We pack your package with great care, so that you will receive your order in a good condition. If this is not the case, you can contact our customer service.
After you received your order, you still have 14 days to reflect about your purchase. If you do not want to keep the ordered items, you can return them within a period of 14 days. The items must be returned undamaged and with the attached, original label to the enclosed freepost number.
